IWA Refund Policy:

1.  The IWA will not allow ANY refunds after online registration is closed.
2.  If a driver pays for multiple events at one time, there will be no refund after registration for the first event is closed.
3.  If you are requesting a refund and registration for event is not closed:
a.  Please call the IWA at 320-629-2911 (try first) or 612-221-9085
b.  Have driver name, bib number and PayPal transaction # which can be located on either the PayPal receipt (top right corner) or SeriesTracker receipt.

One email will be sent to email on file in SeriesTracker account and one email will be sent to email on file with PayPal account.

IWA Refund Policy:

1. In the rare event of an event cancellation, IWA will refund or credit towards future race entries fees paid by driver.
2. Once a driver/sled has been on the race course or racing has begun, no refund or credit will be issued.
3. It’s the drivers responsibility to alert IWA staff in the event of need for refund unless event is canceled.
4. Should credit be at last event of season, a check will be mailed to driver in a timely manner.
5. All refunds are subject to a 10% service fee deducted from the total amount due.
